Thought we would kick off a series about The Makers…people that work with our reclaimed timber and turn it into beautiful products.
Nightingale Shepherd Huts is a family run business based in East Sussex, who design and build bespoke wooden huts and garden structures. They are made where possible from reclaimed materials including timber from Mid Sussex Wood Recycling, old church oak panelling has been used for a high bed with storage, reclaimed pine floor boards for flooring and recycled hard wood used for window surrounds.
The huts feature unique details including vintage wooden plains to hold up window sills and shelves, lights made from antique colanders and jelly moulds. You won’t find another Shepherd hut like it! For more details please visit
