April was such a busy month for us.
We were working with Flights of Fantasy http://www.flightsoffantasy.co.uk/image-gallery/ who have been replacing the boardwalks at Wakehurst Place. We have taken approx. 10 tonnes of oak back to our barn in order to sort, clean and make available to the public.
We were also nominated finalists for the Green Business of the Year at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards http://www.gatwickdiamondbusinessawards.com/109-2018-finalists.html . We were alble to show the judges some of the great things we do with regard to the environment, our Social Inclusion at work and the great collaboration with Pericles and their adults with learning difficulties. Unfortunately we didn’t win the award but we received a lovely cut glass paperweight as finalists.
