The UN Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.

We have measured our Project against relevant SDG’s in order to demonstrate the steps we have taken to improve Sustainability and Wellbeing in our environment.

Goal 10. Reduce inequalities. We pay our staff the National Living Wage and we have a non-discriminatory employment policy, in order to progressively achieve greater equality. We provide zero interest loans for our employees as an affordable alternative to other commercial offerings.

Goal 12: Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. By focussing on the Re-use element of what we do, we are able to help achieve the sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources (timber). 300 tonnes of timber was re-used in 2018 or turned into useable products for the home and garden. We encourage our customers, especially large and national companies, to adopt sustainable practices and to integrate sustainability information into their reporting cycle.

Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. We improve education, awareness-raising  and provide practical advice through our engagements with industry and the public. We reduce our impact on the environment by our actions and reduce those of our customers too.
